day 1

day 2

Beijing
Full day trip to the Tian'anmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven. Enjoy the Peking Opera Show in the evening.

- The Tian'anmen Square: The largest city square in the world.
- The Forbidden City: The largest imperial palace in China during the Ming and Qing dynasties with a history of around 600 years.
- The Temple of Heaven: The place where the ancient emperors used to pray for the God's bless of the whole nation.

day 3

Beijing
Full day trip to the Great Wall and Ming Tomb and Sacred road. Enjoy a famous Peking Duck Banquet for dinner.

- The Great Wall: One of the seven wonders in the world and the symbol of China.
- The Ding Tomb: The only underground tomb of the thirteen tombs of the emperors in the Ming Dynasty.
- The Sacred Road: The way guarded on both sides with stone statues by which the ancient emperors went to hold a memorial ceremony for the ancestors.

day 4

Beijing
Visit the Hutongs by rickshaw and Xiushui Street.

- Hutongs: The old narrow paths where common people lived. All the Hutongs crisscross with each other, dotted with the Kindergarten, the Bell Tower, the Drum Tower, the Tea House, and the lake, House of Gong Infant and local people's houses among them.
- Xiushui Street: A market near the embassy area where you can find a number of duplicates of clothing in traditional Chinese style such as clothes, caps, gloves. Enjoy bargains with sellers and pleasant surprise of finding a real treasure if you are lucky enough.

day 5

beijing/ Xi'an
Transfer via: AM flight
Free at leisure until to be transferred to the airport for flight to Xi'an .Arrive at Xian. Be met & transferred to your hotel. Have city tours to the Provincial Museum and the Ancient City Wall.

- The Provincial Museum: One of the main museums in China which holds numerous unearthed cultural relics of China.
- The Ancient City Wall: An extension of the old Tang Dynasty structure boasting the most complete city wall that survives through Chinese long history.

day 6

Xi'an
Visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, the Bell Tower and the Wild Goose Pagoda. Enjoy the Tang Dynasty show in the evening.

- The Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses: The greatest archaeological findings of the century: the army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at emperor Qin's tomb.
- The Bell Tower: The emblem of Xian city.
- The Wild Goose Pagoda: The pagoda where widely renowned Master Xuanzang (Monk Tripitaka) stored his classics brought from India.
- The Tang Dynasty show: The show that presents the palace dances and sings in the Tang Dynasty when Xian was the capital.

day 7

Xi'an / Nanjing
Transfer via: AM flight
Take morning flight to Nanjing, Arrive at Nanjing, be met & transferred to the the city with your private guide & vehicle. half day city tours to Nanjing City Wall, The Zhonghua Gate, Confucius Temple, Qinhuai river, adjacent shopping center, & free market.

-Nanjing City Wall: The longest ancient city wall in the world. It is 0.7 kilometers longer than Beijing's city wall and 1.7 kilometers longer than the wall in Paris.
-Zhonghua Gate: Zhonghua Gate, means Chinese gate, was the biggest and most splendid city gate of Nanjing city wall in the Ming Dynasty(1368-1644).
-Confucian Temple: It is for consecrating and worshipping Confucius, the great thinker and educator of ancient China.
-Qinhuai River: it is the branch of the Yangtze River. The inner river of the river used to be the most flourishing place of Nanjing since it was the red-light district famous throughout the nation. Painted boats shuttled to and fro and music sounded all night. Many love affairs and romances spread from here.

day 8
Nanjing / Suzhou
Transfer via: PM train (about 2 hrs)
Full day tours to visit Dr. Sun Yixian (Sun Yat-sen) Mausoleum, Yangtze River Bridge. Take the afternoon train to Suzhou. Arrive at Suzhou, be met & transferred to the hotel with your private guide & vehicle.

-Dr. Sun Yixian (Sun Yat-sen) Mausoleum: The building was designed to be more impressive than those of the emperors whom the father of the Chinese republic overthrew. The mausoleum, 158 meters above sea level, has 392 steps and a five-meter-high statue, and is well worth visiting.
-Yangtze River Bridge: Built in 1968, it is the first bridge over the Yangtze River designed by Chinese architect. The Bridge overcomes the Yangtze River barrier and carries four traffic lanes with land and rail traffic.

day 9
Suzhou
Take a 30 minutes 3 Rickshaw ride to see the local people's life, then cruise on the Grand Canal, visit Pan Gate,Lingering Garden,& the No.1 Silk Factory. Enjoy the Garden Show in the evening.

-Rickshaw ride: Sitting on the rickshaw through the old town of Suzhou, you will see the small Hutongs,the open markets and the local people's life.
-Grand Canal: The Grand Canal ranks alongside the Great Wall of China as the country's greatest engineering achievement and it is the longest man-made waterway in world. Cruising on the Canal,you can see the local people's life.
-Pan Gate: Pan Gate is an ancient city gate with land and water entrances. One gate with land and water entrances was quite typical in ancient China. Pan Gate is the only one left.
-Lingering Garden: Suzhou is famous for its the Gardens. Lingering Garden is an elaborate succession of small gardens. Lingering in the garden you would marvel at this unique architecture art.

Suzhou / Shanghai
Transfer via: PM train (about 1.5 hrs)
Visit Hanshan Temple,& Humble Ministrator's Garden. Take afternoon train to Shanghai,Arrive at Shanghai. Be met & have city tours to the Bund, Nanjing Road.

-Hanshan Temple: It used to be one of ten most famous temples in China where there are a lot of cultural relics.
-Humble Ministrator's Garden: The garden is most representative of Chinese classical gardens in the Ming dynasty. Focused on a central pond with pavilions, terraces, chambers, and towers located nearby, the garden is divided into three parts: the eastern, middle and western parts.
-The Bund: the former foreign settlement, ranged along with imposing buildings of the colonial period.
Nanjing Road: the busiest shopping street in Shanghai.

day 11
Shanghai
Visit Shanghai Museum, Yu Garden, Yuyuan Market, Children's Palace & Oriental Pear TV Tower.

-Shanghai Museum: The biggest museum in China, with a collection of over 120,000 pieces of Chinese art & cultural relics. The museum is especially famous for its treasures of bronzes, ceramics, paintings, and calligraphy. Evening Shangcheng Acrobatic Show.
-Yu Garden: It is characteristic of the architectural style of the Ming Dynasty and it used to be a private garden with 400 years' history. In front of the garden, there is a market called Yu Market.
-Shanghai Children's Palace: The Shanghai Children's Palace provides after school education for gifted children. Children participate in a wide range of extracurricular activities such as music, dance, art, model making, science, technology and computer science. The palace hosts many art performances and science and technology contests which attracts thousands of youngsters.
-Oriental Pearl TV Tower: Standing by the Huangpu River with 468 meters high, Oriental Pearl TV.
